Do I need to sign a waiver before my visit?
Yes — all guests complete a one-time general liability and informed consent form. You can sign it online in about a minute before you arrive.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment so we can offer the time to another guest. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee.
