Is your employer participating?
- Organizations can choose to support employee well-being by contributing toward subscription fees. Employer-supported participation can help make monthly self-care more affordable for employees.
- Organizations may also register without providing a financial contribution, allowing eligible employees to access Wellness Alliance at their assigned non-subsidized pricing tier.
- Employees can participate even when their employer does not subsidize the plan. The organization must first be registered with Wellness Alliance and have an assigned tier. A valid organization-issued email address is required.

Employers can fund an annual wellness budget to help employees access Wellness Alliance subscriptions. Unused budget is refunded to the employer at the end of the calendar year.

Who can subscribe to Wellness Alliance?+
Employees of organizations registered with OYESPA Wellness Alliance who meet the program's eligibility requirements may enroll. A valid organization-issued email address is required.
Does my employer have to contribute?+
No. Organizations may participate with or without an employer financial contribution. Employees of registered organizations can subscribe at their assigned tier even when the employer does not subsidize the plan.
How is my subscription price determined?+
Your price depends on your organization's assigned Wellness Alliance tier. Employer-supported tiers offer reduced employee pricing, while non-subsidized tiers are available without an employer contribution. Select your organization during enrollment to see your applicable prices.
What services are included?+
Essential: One 60-minute massage or one 60-minute facial per month. Complete: One 60-minute massage and one 30-minute facial per month. Total: One 60-minute massage, one 30-minute facial, and one polish pedicure per month.
Do unused services roll over?+
No. Included services must be used during the applicable month and do not carry over to the next month.
Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?+
No. Wellness Alliance subscriptions are non-transferable.
What happens if my employer stops participating?+
If your employer withdraws from Wellness Alliance, your subscription will move to the highest applicable employee pricing tier, with the lowest discount, at the then-current rate. Your tier pricing guarantee applies only while your employer's negotiated participation tier remains in effect.

OYESPA Wellness Alliance is a wellness subscription program offered by OYESPA. Organizations may choose to participate by subsidizing subscription fees to help make wellness more accessible and promote employee well-being. Employees of registered organizations may subscribe without employer participation at their assigned non-subsidized tier, provided the organization has first registered with OYESPA Wellness Alliance and an applicable tier has been assigned. A valid organization-issued email address is required.
OYESPA Wellness Alliance is independent of and has no affiliation, association, or connection with any other organization, business, or entity that may use the name "Wellness Alliance."
Subscription services are subject to availability and the OYESPA Wellness Alliance Policy and Terms & Conditions. Unused services do not carry over to the next month, and subscriptions are non-transferable. Green Circle fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Tier pricing is guaranteed only while the employer's negotiated participation tier remains in effect. If the employer withdraws, the subscription moves to the highest applicable employee pricing tier, with the lowest discount, at the then-current rate.
