How is a HydraFacial different from a traditional facial?+
A HydraFacial uses a patented vortex device to cleanse, exfoliate, extract and infuse serums in one treatment — with no downtime and visible glow immediately. A traditional Aveda facial focuses on sensory ritual, botanical products and hands-on massage.
How often should I get a facial?+
For most skin, every 4–6 weeks keeps results consistent — matching your skin's natural cell turnover. During peel or microneedling series, your esthetician will map a custom cadence.
Is SkinPen microneedling safe for all skin types?+
SkinPen is FDA-cleared for Fitzpatrick I–VI skin. During your consultation your provider reviews your health history, medications and skin goals before recommending a treatment plan.
Can I combine services in one visit?+
Yes — many guests pair a facial with dermaplane, LED, or a HydraFacial booster. Ask about our Day of Beauty and Half Day of Beauty spa packages for a longer escape.
What products do you carry for at-home care?+
We prescribe Aveda skincare, Tulasāra™ rituals, and select medical-grade booster serums so you can extend results at home. Curbside pickup available.
