How to Plan the Perfect Spa Day in Inver Grove Heights

A great spa day is sequenced, not stacked. A little planning turns three separate appointments into one continuous exhale.

Book services in the right order

Start with body work. Massage relaxes you and warms the tissue, and any oils used will be cleansed away in your facial. Facial services come next, followed by nails, and hair last so your blowout is the final thing you see in the mirror before you leave.

If you are adding waxing, schedule it before facials rather than after, and avoid booking waxing and a strong peel on the same day. Our coordinators handle this sequencing for you when you call, which is the easiest way to build a multi-service day.

How much time to budget

A half day of beauty usually runs three to four hours and pairs a massage or facial with a manicure and a style. A full Day of Beauty runs five to seven hours and layers in body treatment, hair color and lunch. Add fifteen minutes of buffer between services so nothing feels rushed.

Our OYEVIDA café is right here, so lunch does not mean leaving your robe behind. Plan the break after your body services and before your nails.

Couples, groups and gifting

Couples retreats put two therapists in one room, and our custom group retreats work well for bridal parties, birthdays and team days — we can arrange a private space, food from the café and a shared start time.

If you are gifting the day, a gift card lets the recipient choose the pieces that suit them. Arrive twenty minutes early, leave valuables at home, and let us know about allergies or pregnancy so we can adapt every product used.
